• Founder content: the venture details, assumptions, evidence, and notes you enter into your Founder Evidence Sprints.
• Payment information: checkout for the Advisor-Guided Sprint is handled by our payment processor, Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). We receive order confirmation but do not collect or store your card details.
• Usage data: limited analytics events that help us understand how the platform is used.

How We Use Information

• To operate your account and the Founder Evidence Sprint platform.
• To process Advisor-Guided Sprint purchases and record your eligibility.
• To send transactional and account-related emails.
• To provide AI-assisted analysis of your evidence and generate recommendations.
• To improve and maintain the platform.

AI-Assisted Analysis

We use AI models to help interpret your evidence and suggest next steps. Your sprint data may be sent to AI providers for this purpose. AI outputs are decision-support, not professional advice — evaluate them independently before acting.

Payments

The $225 Advisor-Guided Founder Evidence Sprint is processed through Base44 Payments (Wix Payments). Card information is collected on the payment processor's secure checkout page and is not stored by My Biz Evidence™.

Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on the platform's hosted infrastructure. We retain your sprint data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• Base44 — platform infrastructure, authentication, and database hosting.
• Base44 Payments / Wix — payment processing.
• AI providers — AI-assisted analysis.
• Google — optional sign-in provider.

Cookies

We use essential session and authentication cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can stop using the platform at any time.

Security
