Your Content

You own the venture details, evidence, and notes you enter. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the platform and AI-assisted analysis.

AI-Assisted Outputs

The platform uses AI to analyze your evidence and suggest recommendations. These outputs are decision-support tools, not professional advice. Evaluate them independently before making consequential business decisions.

Advisor Services

The Advisor-Guided Founder Evidence Sprint provides business education, strategy, accountability, and decision-support. It is not a guarantee of business success, financing, grants, investment, customers, or profitability. See our Advisory Services Disclaimer.

Payments

The Advisor-Guided Sprint is a one-time $225 purchase processed through Base44 Payments. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per our refund policy and the payment processor's terms.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Intellectual Property

The My Biz Evidence™ platform, including its methodology and branding, is owned by Ira Revels Consulting, LLC. My Biz Evidence™ is used as a brand mark; this does not assert a registered trademark.

No Reliance

My Biz Evidence™ is not acting as your attorney, accountant, investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary. You are responsible for your own business, financial, legal, tax, and operational decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Biz Evidence™ and Ira Revels Consulting, LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or advisory services.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
